How to Raise a Ticket

Below details for Text SMS, Voice SMS, International SMS, API Integration or any assistance, To connect with our support representative kindly log into your SMS Panel  and on the left-hand side menu request wall to generate or Submit any new issue or Query.

Whenever you generate or Submit any new issue or query you will get the Ticket Id, then it will be reviewed by Smart 5 Solutions Technical support representative (usually within 24 hours).

Steps to generate a Ticket Id on Request Wall:-

1.      Login into SMS Panel / your account.

2.      From the left-hand side, menu click on the Request wall and then select Support Ticket.

3.      Then click on the Add Request button from right-hand side Top.

4.      Put the Request Id in which you get the issue.

5.      Put the Mobile Number in which you get the issue.

6.      Put the Issue subject.

7.      Put the Issue Description in details, so we will check that issue.

8.      Select the Priority of Issue.

9.      Then click on the Add Request Button.

Once all the things are done then you can able to check that status of your tickets via given tabs.

Pending Issue: - Ticket on which solution is pending.

Done Issue: - Ticket on which solution is done.

Close Issue: - Ticket on which solution is done and status is close.

How to manage Google My Business (GMB) Page for your Business

Here's a list of things you can do to maintain and manage your GMB and make it more appealing for your clients or customers.

 1.      GMB Posts

 ·         Blog Post

Sharing your Blog Posts can work in 2 different ways. The first one is obviously to improve CTR (Click Through Rate) on your listing. The second one implies new links from a Google entity to your website pages which "probably" conveys some equity to your domain.

 ·         Service/Product pages

You can share new Service/Product pages and create curiosity about things you offer. Don't be do over-optimization by writing "we have the best Service/Product" as“Everyone has the best Service/Product”! Try to describe the main points and how you're able to solve the customers' problems. 

 ·         Discounts/Offers

You could offer crazy discounts that your customers would only get when they click on the link in the post. That makes sure they interact with your GMB - Engagement is king.

2.      Upload new Photos and Videos.

The time your audience spends  engaging with your photos/videos can't be used to surf through your competitors' web presence. So make sure to keep your photos & videos updated to incentivize your potential customers to engage with your content.

 3.      Reply to Reviews.

It is so apparent, and you can read it everywhere across the internet, but no one is actually doing it. If you get a negative review, try to get some emotional distance before you reply. My guess is that more than 80% of replies to negative reviews harm the business. 

Thank the customer no matter what, be humble, and try to find a solution that works for both parties. Even if that means apologizing for something you didn't do. 99% of the time, it's not the service itself that bothers the customer - it's how they feel about the overall experience - so address their feelings and talk to them on an emotional level, not about rational stuff. 

Also, the customer is always right, and if he tells the story to 3 of his friends and they tell their friends, and they tell theirs...  not to mention all the people that check out your review replies before they take action(that also applies to replying to fake reviews (check out my spam support group)), there is a chance you'll lose business in the long run, forever! Keep in mind that a local audience is limited. 

 4.      Add New Services or Products from time to time.

The products section enables you to publish related photos to your Services/Products. Those product images are shown on your GMB profile. It's a great way to engage your potential customers. 

 5.      Test Categories.

That might not be a strategy for every business, but there is a lot of value in testing new categories for some. Make sure to create enough indications across the web to sell a category to Google as relevant reliably. Google needs to believe you to improve your rankings. Otherwise, a category will be seen as irrelevant and may harm your visibility. I've created a blog post about that specific topic if you need more info on that.

Important - DLT Template ID Scrubbing Go-Live - 1st April 2021

TRAI has announced that, 1st April 2021 is the GO LIVE date for the regulatory process of scrubbing the Template ID with all the operators. Now PE’s/TMs are required to upload all their content templates to any operator DLT portal for messages to be successfully delivered.

As communicated earlier Smart 5 Solutions Team is ready with the options for you to support while transitioning smoothly to the new DLT process.

We would like to reiterate once again that you must choose from the given below option to enable compliance implementation for your Bulk SMS Service.


There are three actions that you need to undertake for compliance with the Message Template scrubbing guidelines.

1)   Whitelist your Message templates in DLT portals

Please gather all your templates/ message content and start uploading them under different categories i.e. Transactional /Service Implicit/Service Explicit/Promotional. Aside from Service explicit and Promotional Messages a special template named as consent template needs to be uploaded and approved. 

Please refer to the attached Template creation handbook to have clarity over the type of Content templates and consent templates. Similar to the Sender ID upload process, you need to upload these templates with any operator DLT portal and templates will get synced across all other DLT portals/platforms

2) Choose your approach on how to achieve regulatory compliance while submitting your messages to the Smart 5 Solutions platform

    Approach-I: Make a change and submit DLT required parameters

 

Step1: Make development changes at your end to maintain your Entity ID, Sender ID/Header, and Templates as registered in the DLT portal.

 

Step 2: Send an email to Business (business@smart5solutions.com) with a list of accounts to enable the registration.

 

Step 3: Use additional Parameters as informed in the APIs/SMPP documents to submit your messages to Smart 5 Solutions.

      
    Approach -II: Let Smart 5 Solutions detect your template with zero change at your end

 

·   Send a request to Business (business@smart5solutions.com) with a list of accounts to enable sender IDs

 

·   Download your registered Entity ID, Sender ID, and Template ID details from DLT portals. 

 

·   Upload your Downloaded file and share it with the Smart 5 Solutions Business Team over an email.

Steps to upload DLT details in Smart 5 Solutions DLT Portal:

·         Please ensure that Approach 2 is enabled for your account (if not enabled please send a request to Business with a list of accounts to enable Approach 2 via Smart 5 Solutions DLT AI).

·         Login to Portal using your Account login details and OTP.

·         Go to DLT Registration module, map, or import your Entity ID and Sender ID under the Sender ID registration tab (if this is not available then option 2  is not yet enabled for your account).

·         Upload your Template file in the Template Registration tab using Bulk option.

·         You are done!! (Smart 5 Solutions DLT AI will automatically detect the template ID and append it to your message request to comply to regulation)

3) DLT Error Codes update

DLT platforms have incorporated a new set of error codes for messages that are rejected due to the failure of various compliance checks. Please ensure your applications have the updated Error Codes mapped.

PS: DLT AI uses closest match technology if templates are very similar incorrect matching may happen. Please ensure templates are distinct, please seek guidance from the support team for any assistance.

We are glad to inform you that our platform has both the desired approaches to make you compliant with the new regulatory DLT process. We request you to keep your DLT Registration details ready and choose any of the options to get the changes done in your Account and use uninterrupted services.

For the customers who do not opt for the DLT AI feature offered by Smart 5 Solutions and are currently using open template accounts, they need to pass respective DLT template IDs for the messages to process.

Please ensure you send your approach to the Smart 5 Solutions team (business@smart5solutions.com) with different the subject line and not the same as the subject of this notification, if preference is not provided then all your messages will start failing effective 1st April 2021.
